REFUND / RETURNS

REFUND POLICY:

All our garments are created on a made to order basis and are cut, sewn and packaged by our small in-house team. We are very attentive when manufacturing all items that are ordered and take great care in delivering them to you.

Refunds will only be issued for garments that have an unintentional flaw or sizing issue.

All sale items are final. We are unable to offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges on sale orders that have been received by our customers or if there are no unintentional flaws or sizing issues.

Customers may only cancel and / or exchange their order within the first 24 hours after the order has been on the website via email.

We are unfortunately unable to provide returns or exchanges on orders placed ourside of AUSTRALIA as our space does not have the ability to accomodate interational trades.

You will receive an email update when a shipping label has been created. No further changes can be made one the label has been created.

RETURN PROCESS:

Any item marked for return must be in the original condition with tags and relevant packaging.

To start a return, please reach out via info@yangyuhong.online with images and / or a written reason for the return and refund on the order.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the order to the return address.

Once the return has been received and thoroughly inspected, we will notify whether the refund request has been approved or rejected.

Refund Approved -

Your refund will be processed and funds be reverted back to your original payment method. Please allow 7 - 14 days for certain payment processes to be fully finalised.

Refund Rejected -

We will ship the item back to you via the most economical process and provide you with updates along the way.
